Discussing how to fill out National Kiko Registry (NKR) Paperwork & Registrations
How to apply for Premise ID and scrappie tags. How to properly insert ear tags, insert microchips, pull hair for DNA, take temperature, difference between IM & SQ injections, proper way to drench, draw blood, take fecal samples, trim hooves etc.
Moving from the classroom to barn. We will have several market kids to hands-on practice what was talked about in Part 1. Group participation encouraged.
Requirements a goat needs throughout its life cycles, how to read a feed label, hay/pasture grass analysis report and what that means to you.
Bring your questions! This is an open producer panel discussion to ask any question you may have. Will take place in the auction area.
